Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship worldwide and offer free shipping across the EU on every order. No minimum spend required. For the rest of the world, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on your location.
Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs processing or local carrier delays may affect timing.
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
At LLUUMA, we design all our products in Amsterdam, but we ship directly from our main overseas warehouse. There are a few important reasons for this:
- Lower environmental impact – By shipping directly from our production hub, we avoid unnecessary transport steps. This reduces the total CO₂ footprint compared to sending items back and forth across Europe.
- Cost efficiency for you – Consolidating inventory in one central location allows us to keep prices fair and accessible, without compromising on quality.
- Streamlined logistics – With one main warehouse, we ensure better stock management and faster processing times.
Refunds and Returns
You can return your LLUUMA bag within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for used or worn items due to hygiene and quality standards. For more detailed information about returns and refunds, please go to our Refund and Return page.
Email us at info@lluuma.com or contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We accept all major payment methods, including:

Yes - all payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways. Your data is protected with SSL encryption and is never stored on our servers.
Yes - your currency will be automatically converted at checkout based on your location. All prices are shown in euros (€) by default.
This may happen due to incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, or a block by your bank. We recommend double-checking your details or contacting your bank if the issue persists.
Yes - in some countries, Klarna or similar providers may offer pay-later options at checkout. Availability depends on your location and eligibility.
